I am a Business Transformation Leader with 20+ years of international experience in building and scaling back-office operations, shared services, and financial systems. My work focuses on improving operational efficiency, strengthening governance, and helping companies grow through clear structure and strong processes.
I began my career at Aramex, progressing to Regional Financial Manager and leading major transformation projects. I later served as Shared Services Director at Mawdoo3, overseeing finance, HR, procurement, and admin during rapid expansion.
Today as the Managing Director of MADA Consultants, I help businesses restructure, build shared services, design financial models, and implement practical operational improvements. I am also a certified trainer and coach, with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
